Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable web applications using the Laravel framework and modern PHP development practices. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to create high-quality, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Build clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Write technical documentation and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and software design principles.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vue.js, React, or Livewire.
- Knowledge of Docker and Linux server environments.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Redis, queues, and caching.
- Understanding of automated testing using PHPUnit or Pest.
