Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven HR Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support workforce planning. This role requires aligning hiring efforts with business needs, ensuring readiness of talent pipelines, and maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations (70%)
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records while ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing.
- Coordinate monthly payroll activities, including attendance inputs, reimbursements, incentives, deductions, and employee query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.) while maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, rewards & recognition, wellness initiatives, and employee feedback programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Address employee grievances, support employee relations, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR reports, audits, documentation, and confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Recruitment (30%)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels to meet hiring requirements.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate communication, interview feedback follow-ups, and recruitment status updates.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and pre-boarding engagement activities.
- Monitor offer acceptance, joining ratios, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
- Generate recruitment reports and support manpower planning to meet organizational workforce requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ Years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity.
