Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance-related procurement requirements.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors when required.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
- Prepare maintenance reports and analyze equipment failure data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and maintenance software (CMMS preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
