Role: Manager – Market Research Sales & Client Success
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Sales – New BusinessDrive sales of syndicated market research reports, custom research, company profiles, and digital subscriptions to corporates, SMEs, startups, consultants, and academic institutionsUnderstand client requirements across sectors like Healthcare, Technology, BFSI, Automotive, FMCGand suggest relevant reports/databasesBuild pipeline via inbound leads, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and upsell to existing usersAchieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for report sales and multi-user subscriptions

2. Existing Customer Resolution & Account Management
Act as primary point of contact for existing clients post-sale – handle renewals, upsells, and cross-sellsResolve client queries on report delivery, access issues, content scope, licensing, and invoicingManage bulk/multi-user/digital newspaper subscriptions for corporatesEnsure high client retention & satisfaction through timely follow-ups and proactive supportCoordinate with research, IT, and accounts teams for seamless delivery bharatbook.com
3. CRM & Reporting
Maintain CRM with accurate lead, opportunity, and client data . Provide weekly sales forecasts and client health reports to management. Share market feedback to improve product offeringsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years in account management, or customer success. Market research/IT/consulting/SaaS sales preferredEducation:
Graduate/Post Graduate – MBA preferred but not mandatory
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable with C-level/decision makersTech: MS Office, CRM tools. Understanding of market research, industry reports a plusTraits: Target-driven, problem solver, client-centric, able to handle objections.
