Job Title: Fashion Intern (Freshers Welcome)

We are a growing online saree boutique looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly intern who has a passion for fashion, sarees, and social media. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want hands-on experience in fashion retail, customer service, e-commerce operations, and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
- Assist customers in selecting sarees and help convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate order processing, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain order records and ensure smooth customer communication.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Support daily boutique operations and inventory management.
- Participate in creating social media content and product showcase videos.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for saree showcases and promotional content.
Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for fashion, ethnic wear, and sarees.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Comfortable interacting with customers online and over calls.
- Knowledge of saree draping and styling is an added advantage.
