Languages: Proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in M.H.M / Quality Management / Radiology Services
- National and/or international certifications in quality management preferred
- Strong document management skills
- Proven experience in NABH accreditation in a reputed hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of NABH accreditation for radiology services.
- Visit centers to observe practices and develop SOPs and quality benchmarks.
- Manage documentation and coordinate with regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies.
- Handle compliance affairs including PCPNDT, AERB, and others.
- Address and close NCs raised in ELORA under supervision.
- Maintain TLD badge data and center-specific quality metrics.
- Collect and compile Quality Indicator Data monthly across all centers.
- Coordinate monthly peer reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze patient complaints quarterly and generate actionable insights.
- Collect and review referral physician feedback for service enhancement.
- Conduct mock drills and facility audits; ensure closure of non-compliances.
- Deliver cross-functional training and workshops to strengthen the quality framework.
Note:
- Travel across centers is part of the role.
- Owning a 2-wheeler is highly preferred.
