Candidate must be minimum 10 years experienced in manufacturing industry in Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, Pimpri Chinchwad areas of Pune, and have -
a) minimum PGDBM in HR or in Industrial Relations;
b) minimum 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in running factory HR/IR;
c) Strong knowledge of Government of Maharashtra and India labour laws and regulations;
d) Clear concepts on teh latest provisions and notifications on employee benefits and LIN regulations;
e) Strong knowledge of Industrial Disputes and Standing Orders;
f) good exposure to ISO document standards;
g) self motivated and capable to work on HR rules, SOPs, and policies in consultation with the management;
h) be capable to manage in a promoter managed company environment and must have the self confidence to be able to deliver even as individual contributor;
Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,050,000.00 per year
