The candidate will be responsible for
-- Communicating and co-ordinate with Customers and Vendors.
-- Explain products and details to customers.
-- Monitor operations, and the supply chain
-- Work with logistics team to get things done.
-- Help in accounting and invoicing, and other miscellaneous chores.
The candidate should
-- Be a very good communicator in English. If you speak in Hindi, it is an added bonus.
-- Have patience and maintain a calm tone towards customers.
-- Ability to type in a medium pace, as you will be interacting with people over chat.
-- Very pro-active and take responsibilities as and when it comes.
-- Have very good attention to detail. A small mistake might not be bearable at times.
-- Should have interest in exploring jewellery designs.

Requisites.
-- Bachelors degree in any specialization.
-- At least 1-2 years of work experience.
