Sales Manager
Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
- Set team goals, assign territories, and track performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and skill-building sessions.
3. Business Development & Client Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to close deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Operations
- Monitor sales processes to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams on promotional activities and lead generation.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data and market feedback.
- Evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
