Position: Intern – MBA Finance (6-Month Internship)
Location: Koregaon Park- Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office (based on project requirements)
About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Accounting eams for a 6-month internship program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry exposure by working on real-time projects across multiple technology domains.
Based on performance and business requirements, the internship may be extended or converted into a full-time opportunity.
Qualification:
- B.Com (Preferred)
- MBA Finance
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.
- Clear knowledge of:
- Bank Accounting & Bank Reconciliation
- Accruals Accounting
- Prepaid Expenses
- Journal Entries and Ledger Posting
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Basic MIS Reporting
- Data Analysis Functions
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics.
- B.Com candidates will be given preference.
- MBA Finance candidates with strong accounting knowledge.
