Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of master data management principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
