Position: Telecaller & Lead Generation ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for projects and services.
- Explain project details and company offerings to clients.
- Schedule appointments, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Submit daily call reports and performance updates.
Eligibility
- PUC / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Fluent in Kannada and basic English communication.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
