Job Title: Veeva QMS Integration Tester (QA) Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Integration Testing and Veeva QMS within Life Sciences or other regulated environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing strategies, validation, and compliance adherence. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing for Veeva QMS and related systems • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios aligned with business and validation requirements • Conduct integration testing across systems ensuring seamless data flow and process validation • Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and define test strategies • Manage defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar platforms • Ensure proper documentation and traceability, including RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) • Support validation activities in compliance with regulated Life Sciences standards (GxP, FDA, etc.) • Participate in UAT cycles and provide support for business stakeholders Required Skills & Experience • 5–8 years of overall QA experience • Minimum 5+ years in Integration Testing • Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and QA methodologies • Experience working in Life Sciences / Pharma / regulated environments • Familiarity with validation processes and compliance standards (GxP) • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.) Good to Have • Exposure to other Veeva modules • Experience in automation testing (basic understanding is a plus) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
