About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project execution as per plans, and maintain quality, safety, and timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience managing site activities, labor teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction/installation/site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and material utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide timely updates to management.
- Monitor inventory, material requirements, and equipment availability.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Maintain records of site activities, attendance, and progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of site operations, construction/installation processes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, industrial, interior fit-out, electrical, HVAC, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and resource planning.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
