Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our Contract Manufacturing Vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a team of 2-4 Business Development Executives, promoting our third-party manufacturing services, and achieving portfolio targets of GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) & ER (Earned Revenue).
Requirements:
1. Drive business growth and expansion strategies for the Contract Manufacturing Vertical.
2. Promote our third-party manufacturing services to potential clients.
3. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Executives.
4. Achieve monthly portfolio targets of Gross Merchandise Value and Earned Revenue.
5. Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders via Emails, LinkedIn, Exhibitions, Conferences, Cold-Calling.
6. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.
7. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team
