Key Responsibilities:
- Collect EMI payments from customers as per schedule.
- Follow up with overdue customers for timely recovery.
- Visit customers in the field and maintain collection records.
- Coordinate with branch staff for collection activities.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in collection/recovery preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license required.
- Freshers can also apply.
