Role Overview
We are looking for an aggressive, field-oriented Sales Executive to be based at our Kandera Plant (Baghpat, UP). You will be responsible for driving volume growth, expanding our distribution networks and securing B2B/institutional buyers for our frozen and natural food processing segments.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B & Retail Distribution: Onboard and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks for our branded and bulk honey portfolios.
- Institutional & B2B Sales: Identify and pitch to institutional clients, food manufacturing companies, and commercial kitchens for IQF frozen vegetable contracts.
- Plant & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the plant production team at plant to monitor inventory, align order dispatches, and ensure smooth supply chain execution.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, crop/season arrival trends , and consumer demand to provide actionable insights to management.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hardcore field sales experience in FMCG, Food Commodities, Agro-products, or the Frozen Food industry. Experience dealing with honey distribution or cold-chain/frozen foods is a massive advantage.
- Local Knowledge: Deep geographical understanding of India.

- Proven capability to pitch to both retail distributors and institutional purchase managers.
- Strong negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Hindi, English for reporting and communication.
Pay: ₹8,188.55 - ₹20,320.86 per month
