We are an established retail clothing business specializing in high-quality women's Apparel.As we expand our brand into India’s biggest digital marketplaces, we are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online growth, launch our product catalog on national platforms, and drive digital sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Handle end-to-end operations for our brand on Amazon and Flipkart, including account health, brand registry, and compliance.
- Product Listing & Cataloging: Create, optimize, and manage high-quality product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and our own online storefront. Write clear descriptions and manage variations (sizes, colors).
- Inventory Synchronization: Maintain and monitor inventory levels across multiple channels to ensure stock counts match between our physical store and online platforms.
- Order & Return Processing: Manage incoming marketplace orders, coordinate timely packaging, generate shipping labels (Easy Ship / Self Ship / Flipkart Assured protocols), and handle customer returns efficiently.
- Pricing & Promotions: Implement promotional deals, coupons, and participate in major marketplace sale events to maximize visibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub panels.
- Solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, keyword optimization, and product visibility strategies.
- Experience handling product variations specifically in the clothing/apparel category (size matrices, fabric details).
- Ability to manage logistics, schedule courier pickups, and track dispatches.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multi-channel stock without errors.
- Fluent in Punjabi/Hindi with comfortable working knowledge of English for handling platform dashboards.
