We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified site visits and bookings through the channel partner network while expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate quality leads, site visits, and bookings through the channel partner network.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand business reach.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings with channel partners.
- Follow up with channel partners to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate site visits and conversions.
- Organize broker meets, CP events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of channel partner interactions, leads, and closures.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner management is preferred.
- Good personality with professional communication skills.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are an added advantage.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
