We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate daily flight operations, ensuring smooth execution of flight schedules, operational compliance, and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will support operational activities while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily flight operations and schedules.
- Liaise with airlines, airports, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing support, amendments, cancellations, and revalidations.
- Monitor flight status, delays, cancellations, and operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with sales, customer support, and finance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in flight operations, airline operations, ticketing, or travel management.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
