JOB DESCRIPTION:
Postola is an AI-powered content creation app that helps users create content quickly and easily using AI.
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Part-Time Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team.
The main responsibility is simple: you will be provided with leads, speak to them over the phone, explain how Postola works, answer their questions, and convert interested leads into paying customers.
You do not need to be highly technical. Postola is very simple to understand, and the product can be learned within approximately 30–60 minutes with proper training from our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call leads provided by the company.
- Understand the customer's requirement and explain Postola in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
- Demonstrate the basic features and benefits of the app.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic doubts.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build trust and convert interested leads into paying customers.
- Maintain basic lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve reasonable sales and conversion targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good spoken Hindi and Hinglish communication.
- Basic to good spoken English for handling customers when required.
- Clear, confident and polite communication.
- Good conversational and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn a simple AI product.
- Previous telecalling, customer support or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
WORKING DETAILS:
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, patient and good at talking to people.
Most customer conversations will be in Hindi/Hinglish, but the candidate should also be comfortable with basic English when required.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand Postola quickly, explain it to customers in very simple language, build confidence in the product and ultimately convert interested leads into paying customers.
Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills and a confident personality.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
