Job Summary:
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and antivirus software.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, email IDs, and system access.
- Perform regular system backups and software updates.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Required Skills:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and basic server administration.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
