Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Account Executive (PRO AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for LSPedia’s solutions within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role focuses on engaging pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare organizations, delivering tailored solutions that support compliance, traceability, and supply chain efficiency. The PRO AE works closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and cross-functional teams to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing within the pharmacy and healthcare sector.

Engage with pharmacies, distributors, and pharmaceutical organizations to understand business needs and position LSPedia solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations focused on compliance (e.g., DSCSA), traceability, and supply chain visibility.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Collaborate with BDRs and marketing to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.

Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting in CRM systems.

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, and competitive landscape within pharma and healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, pharmaceutical, or healthcare solutions.

Experience selling into pharmacies, healthcare providers, or life sciences organizations is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory environments (e.g., DSCSA is a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Physical Requirements:
