Job Title: Commis I – South Indian À la Carte

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook South Indian à la carte dishes according to standard recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the senior chef.
- Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service hours.
- Follow company SOPs and kitchen guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in South Indian à la carte cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
