Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of the petrol bunk efficiently.
- Supervise pump operators and other outlet staff.
- Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate fuel receipt and dispensing activities.
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain Pump operational and safety standards.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with management regarding outlet performance and requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the outlet.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Petrol Bunk Manager in a petrol retail outlet is mandatory.
- Experience in managing fuel operations, staff, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Min. 1 Year Experience in managing Petrol Bulk retail outlets will be preferred.
