Prabha Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead corporate HR operations and support multi-location workforce management. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations at Corporate Office
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning across departments
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.)
- Oversee payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR policies
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support management decision-making
Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in corporate and multi-location environments
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
