Job Profile
Job Title: Site Supervisor
Minimum Qualification: ITI (Electrical)
Desirable Qualification: Diploma (Electrical)
Experience: Minimum one year experience
Domain: Solar-Installation, Maintenance.
Job type: full time
Salary: 17k to 25 k
Location: Candidates with place of residence falling with 25 km radial distance from sreekariyam will be preferred.
Job Overview
To diligently design effectively install solar power plants in accordance with standard installation practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire residential solar installation project, ensuring it meets quality standards and timelines.
2. Arrange and manage fabrication and electrical teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task delegation.
3. Conduct thorough site surveys to assess solar installation requirements and feasibility.
4. Accurately estimate the required materials for the project and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
5. Maintain regular updates in the customer WhatsApp group, keeping clients informed about the project's progress
6. Collect payments based on the agreed-upon terms in the work order, ensuring financial transactions align with project milestones.
