Role Overview:
As Assistant Director, CRM & Marketing Automation, you are responsible for growing customer lifetime value via segmented, multi-channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc) strategies that engage users and build our brand equity. This role drives global lifecycle marketing for several business units within the EC-Council organization; It is both strategic and technical, requiring collaboration with Marketing, IT/Data Engineering, Sales and Operations. You are a player-coach, leading an expert team of CRM professionals, while also being very involved in execution, and operational details.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation

Apply segmentation methodologies to drive more personalized and effective outreach.

Maintain database integrity through deduplication, hygiene, lifecycle stage mapping, and enrichment.

Use AI tools and workflows to effectively personalize and scale our nurture campaigns

Build segmented lists and audiences for lifecycle programs, promotions, and paid media targeting.
Campaign Execution

Build and deploy targeted email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns supporting learners and users throughout their lifecycle – from information gathering, to product selection, to retention and cross-sell

Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, CTIA, opt-in requirements, and deliverability standards.
Attribution, Insights & LTV

Work with our Business Intelligence and Product Marketing teams to deepen our user knowledge, based on content consumption and recent behaviors

Grow ‘CRM Assist’ – the percentage of orders interacting with CRM prior to purchase

Grow CRM revenues – the dollar value of orders from dormant users who re-engage and purchase via CRM campaign

Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
Required skills, experiences and qualifications:

8-12 years CRM and Loyalty Marketing experience, preferably minimum of 2 years at the Assistant/Associate Director level in customer marketing, CRM, and/or analytics.

Strong (English) communicator with significant experience cultivating U.S. and English-speaking audiences

Deep operational expertise with at least one major CRM platform, such as Salesforce, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.

Deep experience with audience segmentation, outlining customer journeys and omnichannel activation

Proven ability to evaluate, implement and manage external partners, technologies and solutions to ensure top value and performance for organization

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills

Track record of building and managing highly productive and successful teams
