On-site Project Coordinator
Location: Client Office, New Delhi (On-site, full-time)
Duration: 6 months (contract, extendable based on performance and project continuity)
Compensation: ₹40,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 2–3 years

Crion Learning is an EdTech and digital learning solutions company that builds WhatsApp-based microlearning, training, and program management platforms for large enterprises and institutions. We help organizations run training, internship, and engagement programs at scale through technology, content, and on-ground operational support.
About the Role
We are implementing a large-scale digital learning and program management platform for one of our enterprise clients, deployed across multiple locations pan-India. As the program enters its next phase, we are looking for an On-site Project Coordinator who will be stationed at the client's Delhi office and serve as the primary on-ground representative of Crion Learning.
This is a high-visibility role focused on client coordination, user handholding, helpdesk support, training, and day-to-day operations of the platform. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a calm problem-solver, and someone who enjoys being the bridge between users and the technology team.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination
- Serve as the single point of contact at the client's Delhi office for all platform-related communication
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client's program team and senior stakeholders
- Coordinate across multiple program locations to ensure consistent adoption and timely communication
- Facilitate review meetings, status updates, and walkthroughs
On-site Helpdesk & User Support
- Operate the on-site helpdesk during business hours
- Resolve queries from end users related to login, dashboards, content, broadcasts, and reports
- Triage technical issues, escalate to the backend/cloud support team, and follow through to closure
- Maintain an issue log capturing turnaround time, resolution status, and recurring problem patterns
User Training & Handholding
- Conduct training sessions for various user groups (admins, supervisors, end users)
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, quick-reference videos, and walkthroughs
- Onboard new user batches and conduct refresher sessions as features evolve
- Support smooth rollout of communication broadcasts, surveys, learning modules, and assessments
Reporting & Analytics Coordination
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on engagement, course completion, assessments, and feedback
- Pull customized reports based on requests from leadership and program managers
- Present consolidated insights during periodic reviews
- Liaise with the internal analytics team for ad-hoc reporting needs
Content & Broadcast Operations
- Coordinate scheduling and dissemination of learning content, surveys, and announcements via WhatsApp Business
- Validate content readiness before each broadcast and verify successful delivery afterward
- Track engagement metrics and share feedback with the content team
Program Operations
- Support batch creation, user allocation, and mentor mapping
- Maintain accurate records of users, batches, and program activities
- Document SOPs, training material, and knowledge transfer artifacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline); preference for B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), BBA, or MBA
- 2–3 years of experience in one or more of: client servicing, project coordination, EdTech operations, customer success, training delivery, or technical helpdesk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable working on-site in a corporate client environment
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfort navigating web-based admin dashboards and SaaS tools
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business broadcasts and templates (or willingness to ramp up quickly)
- Ability to read, interpret, and present reports and dashboards
- Calm, customer-first problem-solving attitude
- Strong documentation discipline – issue logs, training material, SOPs
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with large enterprise or government clients
- Exposure to training programs, internship programs, or university engagement
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, microlearning tools, or EdTech products
- Basic SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tool exposure (Power BI / Tableau / Metabase)
- Experience handling SLAs and escalations
