- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) administration and operations
- Expertise in Kubernetes concepts – Pods, Services, Deployments, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, Secrets
- Containerization using Docker / Podman
- Cluster installation, upgrade, scaling, and patching of OpenShift environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps integrated with OpenShift
- Strong Linux system administration skills (RHEL preferred)
- Troubleshooting application, platform, and networking issues in containerized environments
- Experience with Helm charts and Operators
Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of OpenShift Security (RBAC, SCC, Network Policies)
- Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK stack)
- Exposure to Service Mesh (Istio) and API gateways
- Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible / Terraform
- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP) with OpenShift
