Education: Computer Hardware & Networking Diploma (DCHN/ ADCHN) / B.C.A / B. Sc in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Experience of 1 to 2 Years or Fresher Can also apply.
Skills Required:
- Oversee the management of network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Enforce IT security policies, including access control, firewall configurations, endpoint protection, and antivirus deployment.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure using tools like PRTG, ensuring real-time visibility into network and system health.
- Respond efficiently to daily IT helpdesk tickets, prioritizing and resolving incidents to minimize workflow disruption.
- Deliver end-to-end IT support to Field Team across hardware, networking, and peripheral issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing, manage asset inventory, and support hardware lifecycle planning.
- Ensure clear, ongoing communication with end users to deliver a high standard of service and satisfaction.
- Ensure uptime of Servers, Applications & Services
