RxDx Clinics is a multi-specialty healthcare provider committed to delivering accessible, high-quality patient care. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at our Whitefield location.
Role Overview
The Junior HR Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles across RxDx Clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career HR professional to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities for new hires
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs and campus placements
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate and employee data
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Attributes
- Interest or prior exposure to healthcare/hospital industry recruitment
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour compliance
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic HR function
