We are looking for a Google Ads Growth Executive to drive business growth by managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns. This role is suitable for freshers with basic Google Ads knowledge and candidates with 6 months or more experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales growth.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns through keyword expansion and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Test new strategies, ad formats, and bidding methods.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresher with basic knowledge of Google Ads OR 6 months+ experience in Google Ads.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
