Role Overview
This position involves managing CRM-based outbound communication and sales conversion. The selected candidate will engage with pre-qualified business leads, understand client requirements, and present suitable solutions.
This is a target-oriented role designed for individuals interested in developing a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 80–100 daily interactions (calls and follow-ups) using the CRM platform
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their business requirements
- Present relevant services and solutions in a professional manner
- Convert leads into confirmed clients
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews
Performance Expectations
- Daily Activity: 80–100 calls/interactions with CRM updates
- Minimum Monthly Performance: 8 successful conversions
- Target Range: 12–15 conversions per month
- High Performance Benchmark: 20+ conversions per month
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
- Incentives: 5% to 15% commission per successful deal
- Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000+ per month based on performance
- Additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets
- Fully remote work environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English proficiency required)
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently and professionally
- Access to a smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily and monthly targets
- Prior experience in sales/telecalling is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply
