Job Purpose
Achieve new acquisition value and number plan for retail Jewel Loans. Support branch operations as required.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Customers and Loans
Manage newly acquired customers and recover loan interest.
Cross-sell liability products to Jewel Loan borrowers.
Enhance customer wallet size by making the bank their primary choice.
Loan Processing and Documentation
Adhere to branch sales processes and profile customers.
Process transactions and loan documents within prescribed TAT.
Verify jewel authenticity using Kasoti and Nitric acid.
Credit Delivery and Account Management
Ensure STP of loans as per process manual.
Collaborate with Branch Authorisor for credit delivery.
Coordinate with Retail Asset Coordinator for Jewel Loans.
Risk and Recovery
Assist Retail Risk Officers in "Touch and Feel" activities.
Recover problem exposures promptly.
Work with collection officers to ensure full loan recovery.
Marketing and Lead Conversion
Appraise branch sales resources about products.
Convert leads generated by branch resources.
Conduct marketing activities like pamphlet distribution and product displays.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).
