Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and promote our full range of construction services. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients in the construction and real estate sectors
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits and industry events
- Conduct client meetings and present tailored proposals and solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline updates
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3 + years of experience in B2B sales (construction or related industry preferred)
- Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
