- Monitor Management & Maintenance of the property
- Budget Control and Estimation of Maintenance charges for the assigned project
- Review of periodical Maintenance charges
- Assist and Co-ordinate with Legal Team and societies/associations for Conveyance of the property
Operational
- Manage the relationship with the general facilities management team and the branded amenities service providers on an operational basis
- In matters related to general facilities management, directly interact and manage the customer requirements for escalated issues
- Monitor Customer/Possession details from Customer Care team
- Monitor Handover possession to Customers
- Monitor Customer Complaints/Queries/Issues on Product and Services and timely resolution of the same
- Budget/Estimate Maintenance charges for the assigned project & Estimate Property Tax
- Liaison with Municipal Corporations/Government Bodies for Property Tax assessment/Land Revenue etc.
- Ensure issuance of Insurance/AMC/Guarantees/Warranty’s/Consents/Licenses/Norms etc
- Ensure that the process for takeover of Units and Project (Inspection/Snagging/Rectification etc). is followed as per the standard operating procedures
- Ensure smooth transition from the company controlled site to Society
- Formulate MIS Reports for the Management
