Job Title: Social Media & Community Manager (Lead)
The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and manage our creative pipeline. You will be responsible for defining our brand voice across all social platforms while overseeing a small team to ensure high-quality, consistent output.
The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative strategist and an organized leader who knows how to turn followers into a loyal community.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team (e.g., content creators, graphic designers, or interns) to ensure all assets meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Content Strategy: Create and oversee a monthly content calendar that balances trending topics with long-term brand goals.
- Platform Management: Direct the execution of posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring platform-specific best practices are followed.
- Engagement & Growth: Oversee community management, ensuring timely responses to comments/DMs and proactively engaging with relevant industry accounts.
- Performance Reporting: Track weekly and monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust the strategy based on data-driven insights.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- A Natural Leader: You enjoy delegating tasks, giving constructive feedback, and keeping a team motivated.
- Highly Organized: You can juggle multiple campaigns, platform updates, and team schedules without breaking a sweat.
- Platform Expert: You understand the latest algorithms and know exactly what makes a post go viral versus what builds long-term trust.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva or Adobe Express) to provide creative direction.
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for "hooks" and storytelling.
- Ability to interpret social analytics to prove ROI.
