Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Executive to drive the sales of service contracts, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), preventive maintenance, spare parts, upgrades, and other after-sales services. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new service business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs), preventive maintenance services, spare parts, and equipment upgrades.
- Generate leads through customer visits, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contract agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with service engineers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up on contract renewals and maximize customer retention.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance team. Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in service sales, after-sales support, B2B sales, or technical sales.
- Experience in selling maintenance contracts, industrial equipment services, HVAC, elevators, medical equipment, automation, or similar technical services is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
