Position: HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and people-focused HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function during one of the most exciting phases of our growth.
This role requires a strategic HR professional who can build strong organizational systems while remaining actively involved in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture building.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's vision and growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, corporate staff, and leadership positions.
- Build strong talent acquisition pipelines for current and future workforce requirements.
- Develop employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Design and implement performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Develop employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory regulations, and hospital HR policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Create HR policies, SOPs, competency frameworks, and career progression plans.
- Lead training and leadership development initiatives across departments.
- Foster a positive, ethical, collaborative, and patient-centered workplace culture.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with:
- 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitals, healthcare, or service industries.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals and leadership positions is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build systems, processes, and a strong organizational culture from the ground up.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Hindi or Telugu preferred).
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
