Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle both chat and voice interactions with customers. The role involves resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and voice channels
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
