We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our villa construction team. The candidate will assist in the execution and supervision of residential villa projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at villa project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material planning.
- Monitor labor productivity and site safety compliance.
- Report project progress and issues to senior engineers/project managers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in residential or villa construction (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome).
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing works, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bengaluru.

- Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing.
- Understanding of construction quality standards.
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
