Job Title: Sales Officer
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in the FMCG industry

Role & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and strategies.
Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team.
Implement trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives.
Collect, analyse, and report sales data for informed decision-making.
Handle and guide the team to achieve collective sales goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and sales tracking tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Salary
2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
