Cutting Master

Venyora is looking for an experienced and skilled Cutting Master for our fashion and garment production unit. The candidate will be responsible for fabric cutting, pattern understanding, marker planning, and ensuring accurate cutting as per production requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment measurements, fabric handling, and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze garment patterns and cutting specifications.
- Perform fabric cutting as per production planning and design measurements.
- Ensure minimum fabric wastage and maximum efficiency.
- Handle bulk cutting for different garment styles and sizes.
- Check fabric quality before cutting.
- Coordinate with tailoring, production, and quality teams.
- Maintain cutting accuracy and finishing standards.
- Manage cutting tools and machinery properly.
- Ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
- Follow safety and workplace discipline standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Cutting Master in garment/fashion industry.
- Good knowledge of fabric types and garment measurements.
- Ability to understand patterns and production sheets.
- Experience in ethnic wear, western wear, or fashion garments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of garment production workflow.
Preferred Skills:
- Marker making knowledge.
- Experience with manual or machine cutting.
- Time management and production planning.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
