Job Summary
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple digital platforms. You will execute social media campaigns, manage paid advertisements, monitor analytics, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content including graphics, posters, reels, videos, stories, carousels, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate business inquiries.
- Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns with budget optimization.
- Coordinate with internal departments to create product promotions, corporate branding, recruitment campaigns, and event marketing.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social platforms.
- Support SEO, website content updates, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and branding activities.
- Assist in product launches, exhibitions, promotional events, and corporate marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, AI marketing tools, and content trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital branding.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Business Suite
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics
- Canva
- Content scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar creative software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of video editing, short-form video creation, and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and AI-powered marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.
