Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive CRM Automation Executive to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, business processes, and automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM implementation, workflow automation, API integrations, and process optimization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems by building scalable systems and improving operational efficiency.
This is not a routine CRM support role. The selected candidate will play a key role in building and enhancing the company's CRM ecosystem and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize CRM workflows based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain lead management, sales, customer lifecycle, and operational workflows.
- Implement workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve business efficiency.
- Configure CRM modules, pipelines, dashboards, custom fields, and reports.
- Integrate CRM with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to understand process requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation opportunities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business performance tracking.
- Ensure CRM data quality, user adoption, and system efficiency.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for CRM processes.
- Continuously improve existing workflows and automation based on business needs.
Required Skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LeadSquared, Bitrix24, Freshsales, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation.
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks.
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Pabbly Connect, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation and business process automation.
- Experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, and workflow design.
- Good understanding of reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing CRM solutions from scratch.
- Exposure to AI-powered automation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting is an advantage.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
