We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth facility management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, coordinating vendor services, and creating a well-organized and safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support HR and management with administrative requirements
Facility Management
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and security services
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and service requests
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (AC, printers, electricals, etc.)
Monitor and manage utility services such as electricity, water, and internet
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Vendor & Asset Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage external vendors and service providers
Track and manage company assets and infrastructure
Process invoices and maintain expense records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in administration and/or facility management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and vendor management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Knowledge of basic compliance and safety regulations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
