Key Responsibilities – Team Leader cum Sales Supervisor
- Identify and onboard ideal retail stores based on business requirements and brand expansion plans.
- Manage end-to-end counter operations, including planning, setup, staffing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the field team comprising Role Model SCGs (ROMs) and Skin Care Guides (SCGs), ensuring optimum productivity and performance.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring store-wise targets, conducting regular market visits, and providing on-the-job coaching and support to the team.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment across all assigned stores by coordinating recruitment, replacements, attendance, and roster management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and brand partners to ensure seamless retail operations.
- Monitor merchandising standards, product availability, customer service quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all stores.
- Analyze store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, manpower, store performance, and operational updates to the management team.
- Handle a cluster of 36 to 55 retail stores across different brands managed by LTA Corporate Solutions, ensuring operational excellence and consistent business growth.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
