Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign analytics. The role requires a data-driven mindset combined with creativity to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and improve SEO performance, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
