Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Supervise and manage labour, subcontractors, and work activities.
- Monitor construction activities including RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing works.
- Check drawings, levels, measurements, and work quality before and during execution.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per the project schedule.
- Maintain daily progress reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper housekeeping at the site.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of building construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Strong labour management and site coordination skills.
- Knowledge of basic quality and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Must have prior work experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or high-rise building projects will be preferred.
